. U/L LISTED SUB-BASE TANKS
The U/L Listing for our Sub-base Tanks is - Label-142. Specifically, File
#MH17469 lists the following:
- Basic Sub-base Tanks - Generator Base Tanks,
- Double Wall Sub-base Tanks - Secondary Containment Generator Base
Tank, and
- Sub-base Tanks with Rupture Basin - Open Top Diked Generator Base
Tank.
The below restrictions apply to U/L Listed tanks:
- Each U/L Listed tank must have an additional venting of proper size for the
tank and the double wall area, if present.
- Tank width not exceeding 82” and tank height not exceeding 30”
- Tank capacity - 2000 gallons or less
- Display a U/L Listed label bearing the U/L provision and the U/L tank serial
number.
