DAY TANK COVERS & CONTROL PANEL ENCLOSURES
STANDARD DAY TANK COVERS
Every Standard Day Tank, Trim Day Tank, and Manual Day Tank with electrical
components include a Standard Single Cover (Option # 334-1) as standard
equipment.  Also, each Option # 427, 427A, and 427B includes a Standard Duplex
cover (Option # 334-2) as standard equipment.  Any other configurations must be
fitted with an optional cover as described below.

The below pictures show the backside of a Single and a Duplex cover.  These
covers are NEMA-1.  Notice the louvered vents and cutouts for fuel line and
electrical entry.

NEMA-1 enclosure for day tank single pump,
motor, and control components.  This cover is
standard equipment for Standard Day Tank, Trim
Day Tank, and Manual Day Tank with electrical
components.

NEMA-1 enclosure for day tank duplex pumps,
motors, and control components.  This cover is
standard equipment for duplex supply pumps and

     DAY TANK COVER - WEATHERPROOF

A NEMA 3R rated enclosure to provide outdoor
protection against normal weather elements.  The
control panel viewing area is covered with sealed
plex-a-glass and all openings are piped-through.  
Inside a pan provides protection for flooding.

A nema-1, heavy gauge steel enclosure that
meets U/L requirements (Label #508).  Only U/L
Listed components are used within.  These
components that make up various day tank
accessories include: contactors, relays, sockets,  
lights, and switches, even the wire and connectors.
